While I would be ok with the commercial development in the area adjacent to Holly Springs Road, constructing a high density urban residential development on the majority of this site and directly adjacent to Sunset Ridge North community is totally wrong.

Why did the town approve the old PUD for this development?

The town needs more roads and better intersections before adding more development.

slow down on all of the development....traffic flow is already awful on Holly Springs Road when anything is happening at one of the three schools. Why don't you try to get ahead of the traffic problem instead of trying to catch up.

Keep Holly Springs a small town. That's why we chose to live here, not Cary or Apex.

traffic flow seems to have changed significantly in this area since the original approval of the PUD. Being a lifelong resident of Wake County, I am greatly bothered by the increases in traffic in this area. Thank you.

Our schools are already at capacity & roads in this part of town too busy. Please don't allow this development to go forward.
