Current development proposal is not the highest and best use of this land tract. It will levy a high toll on the town infrastructure, and requires serious amendment or denial. Holly Springs has grown into a highly desirable family -oriented town based on the needs and desires of residents, not through fee solicitation of commerical/residential developers.
