The proposed plans of Rhamkatte do not go strengthening the long-term growth and attraction of Holly Springs. This developer can do much better in building on the core of this town.

Holly Springs residents are already feeling the negative effects of an overburdened infrastructure. How on earth does the town council not see this?

The proposed location for Rhamkatte is too crowded already. Adding 350 units would be a traffic and school system headache that Holly Springs doesn't need. We are not Cary and should not act like we are.

Holly Springs is fast losing its charm. This will only help spur on the suburbia ugliness that is prevalent in so many other towns around the country. Shame on the town council for pretending like this isn't a big deal

It is not a good idea. A lower number of about 150 would work and make the apartments sought after. This other structure will create problems. And it is too near the schools.

Too much, too big for the center of town, maybe more on the outskirts.

As a resident of HS I enjoy the low density population. The residents are against high denisty (units by the masses) and what it may do to our community. The parks are already at capacity and more residents are not the answer.
