Pls retake the individual shots!

My child’s eyes was half closed. My child’s name is Elyssa Luhur.

Retake shoot is necessary.

The photos were disappointing.

Photos are atrocious, let’s give our kids a second chance.

The quality of the photos taken were poor, the colour tone was inconsistent, and my daughter's class photo was underexposed.

The photo wasn't taken well. I could do a better job with my mobile phone.

I’d also like to have the class photos retaken. The photo is way below our expectations. Compared to last year, the photographer managed to captures all of the kids smiling. This one can’t even so a proper individual picture. Pretty disappointed with the results.

Photos do not have any punch. Could have just done it using our phone.

Was rather disappointed with the quality of the class photo as well as individual portraits. Felt that it could have been taken as the class photo captured the children looking in different directions.

The photo quality of my child is very bad and there is no frame like previous years when my older kid is studying in St James. The overall photo taking is bad as well.

Please explore the option of having the kids retake the photos before the end of the term / school year. These photos are memories of their early childhood in St James! Also, would propose to change the vendor for next year's shoot because many parents will rather not compromise on a one in a life time capture of their children's kindergarten lives.

The standard of photos can be improved. Individual shots are overly sharpened and look unnatural. In the group shots, kids are not even looking in direction of the camera but at someone who's trying to get their attention. Understand that it is not easy to get every child to smile and look at the camera but at the very least the kods should be looking in the direction of the camera.

I thought the individual graduation photo is quite bad. No lighting no backdrop.

Dewdrops 2 and Starlight 1 The children were not tidied up and prepped for the photos. The lighting and backdrop was of a poor standard. This is unprofessional work. Please work with us to redress this. It is a shame for the graduating class to leave with a photo so clearly of a different standard from that of the previous years.

Disappointed with the photos.. previous years photos are a lot better. Please retake for the students esp graduating classes
