I was disappointed to see the graduation photos for my girl in starlight 7. Her glasses were loop sided and her expression is unnatural too.

The quality (or lack of) is truly appalling. Better photos could be taken with a good mobile phone.

Would be great if KC Digital could retake the Rainbow photos too. The lighting was insufficient, children were not ready for the picture, and the whole feel of the photo was so gloomy. Thank you for considering feedback. If it was a personal purchase, I would also have demanded a refund.

Excellent photos have been taken since dewdrops except for this final year. The quality and backdrop of the photoshoot is no different from capturing a quick shot from a mobile phone.

We demand a refund and retaking with the previous professional photo studio.

Standard of the photo compared to previous year is very bad. Do consider retaking for at least the graduating students.
