Twig videos are an invaluable resource. I use them with classes from S1 Science up bto Advanced Higher. They are interesting, relevant, concise and engaging. They can be used as part of direct teaching or, alternatively, pupils can access the videos themselves to help aid their learning. The resources supplied with the videos are really useful and help create excellent lessons. Best of all, the "spider diagram" layout allows pupils to see links to related topics and enables true interdisciplinary learning to take place - where pupils can make links between different subjects. Twig videos (formerly GLOW Science videos) is, in my opinion, one of the few tangible pieces of genuinely supportive material to come from "the centre" in the CfE era. It would be a terrible mistake to remove our access to this resource.

Any alleged underuse must come from periodic and historic problems with accessing TWIG and has nothing to do with the value of the resource.

This is the only part of glow that I actually use on a daily basis! It is also the only resource that I am aware of that provides up to date, concise and interesting clips that really engage our young people! Please don't take this away!!

This is too valuable a resource bank to lose. The films are extremely useful in content and length, I use them in all classes in all years they are very well suited for the CfE approach to teaching.
