I’ve know Chad (Chadwick) since he was in middle school. He is an excellent person and his love for the game of basketball has taken him where he is today. He knows this game inside and out and from every perspective !!

Its ridiculous that it’s come to this, however I will say this, if you don’t retain him watch how bad the team does next year and watch how great the team does at the school he goes to. Just sign the best coach in the city, it’s the smart thing to do.

Me being a former student of Ellet High School. This should not be up for debate. The man is well deserved and proven to receive this job. Being a former student at ellet the athletic programs there need a drastic change in coaching. This man brings a high basketball IQ of the game and really pushes the players to be the best on and off the court. Please let go of the ellet politics which has been going on for decades. And make the right decision for the students & athletes in there best interest. Chad accomplishments as head coach this past year speeches volume. And to undermine him this position. Is a slap in the face.

He was a standout player at Barberton and has been a standout coach for Ellet HS. Chad has brought so much to the Ellet program and to see how much the basketball program has grown under his guidance should be all you need to jeep him as head coach!

Chad is a great coach. His X’s and O’s are amazing, but the rapport he builds with the players is second to none. He knows how to get players to commit. Hiring Chad allows for Ellet to truly compete for the city championship every year.
