He was my assistant high school coach of my 2011-2012 senior year of East High school. Though he was my assistant, he was the entire brain of the operation. He was Pat Riley of the Miami heat. He took out team to be ranked 7 in division basketball. He out coached every single team we played.

I was able to work with him when he was an assistant coach. He was very professional and led the Orangemen to a fantastic season. Don’t screw this up Ellet, hire Chad!

My son does not go to Ellet but Coach Chad has been his AAU coach for the last three years. We were hoping he could coach him this year as well - if we have an AAU season. :(. He is an amazing coach and he deserves the head coaching job at Ellet more than anyone. He has been a wonderful example for my son and he honestly doesn’t like playing for anyone but Chad. You won’t regret hiring him as your head coach!
