I've worked in HR for over 20 years and I believe this is an excellent program to help prepare students for the challenges today in HR and in the future. As HR staff become more integrated with the line, a knowledge of analytics is critical. I really hope this program can be retained by NYU. Thank you!

The knowledge gained from the OBSA program has been an incredible resource for my career. My employer, a Fortune 500 company, sees the value in the OBSA program and has encouraged me to finish my masters.

The OB program has been very beneficial to me in my career. It would be a shame if it's not offered so that other students can benefit from it as well.

I can unequivocally state that I would not have achieved my present career level without having participated in this unique MS Program. From a professionally practicable standpoint, this program's applicability has again been brought to the fore as social engineering aspects of cybersecurity programs become a focal point of business and general society. I fully support the continuation of this program. Eric Moeller, MSOB 2000 Chief Operating & Compliance Office Resnick Advisors

After finishing the OB MS program at Polytechnic University I was given my first opportunity in HR at Sesame Workshop. I am forever greatful for the program and everything I learned.

The OB program is the ONLY reason I considered going to this school in the first place. It was a great experience and very worthwhile.

I think this program is a good connection between logical thinking and human factors. There are some courses also works for MOT and IE.

As a Ph.D. in the field, I know that nothing is as important in working with families, companies, communities as understanding the conditions that surround and influence behavior through systems analysis. I do hope your program is retained.

The program enables aspiring professionals to effectively lead their organizations with dynamic, up-to-date versatility that resembles tech-entrepreneurs.

The Organizational Behavior program at Polytechnic/NYU Tandon School of Engineering should be considered an essential academic program on the curriculum roster for undergraduates and graduates alike. It provides more than just theoretical knowledge, it offers applied and valuable skill set base for the workforce at every level and every discipline. The loss of this program would be a tragedy for future students as well as the University. Please reconsider this vital program and program/degree availability.

It saddens me that they are thinking of removing this program. I am currently applying for PhDs and this program laid down the essential coursework for the field. I respectfully ask the administration to reconsider their stance.
