Stop The Horry County School Districts restroom adoption policy.

I hope this bathroom policy does not pass. I believe you should use the restroom as you gender is when you were born. Why try and be someone that your not?? I graduated 7 years ago from conway high school. This was never a issue. I don't see why it's being brought up now. I sure don't recall of any transgender kids. Everyone got along with everyone at Conway High School. Yes, there may been girls saying they went with other girls. They still use the females restroom. Same for a boy. If a transgender wants to use the bathroom they desire because they feel more comfortable. That's just crazy. I believe it has more to do with being bullied in school. Changing the bathroom over isn't going to solve anything. They are all kids they are going either get along or not get along. The bathroom is going to solve the problem. Other kids were probably raised by their parents believes with God and don't believe and this whole transgender thing! I don't as a woman want to go into a girls bathroom and a transgender boy thinks he is a girl for the week come and use the stall beside me. That's just uncomfortable. Not only is it going to be a transgender walking in the restroom. You are going to have other males who want to spy on a female and ones who are pervaded. Our district needs to stand up and turn this down. We need god in our schools with our children. That's half the problem today with the kids being disrespectful. The Lord would not believe in this. If our district allowed this is a big disgrace and letting us down completely.

This is an outrage and the fact that my elected officials folded to this load of garbage gurus yes me!!

We need to think about the majority of the children that are in schools. This is getting out of control.

I think this is wrong and it needs to be reversed. God made man and woman not transgender. I feel this is sending the wrong message to kids and will make our kids extremely uncomfortable. Please don't allow our kids to be subjected to this nonsense.

I didn't realize that this was even be considered in Horry County, nor have I been keeping up with whose on our school board since my children have grown. But I make you this promise if you pass such a ridiculous bill, those who vote in favor of such a ridiculous bill Will have a social media war and community exposure and will be voted out office.

I will pull my child from school and home school her if this becomes a law.. Nothing against transgendered.. But what about the locker rooms she will have to change in.. With her at least 1 credit of PE she has to take.. This opens way to many bad doors

I'm very upset about the safety of my 2children who attend Horry County Schools. Someone should stand up and say no to this. Why in the world do people think this is OK??

I have grandchildren in Horry County Schools ,this is wrong and non-debatable! If they are confused about their gender, they need to be in a mental hospital, not in school!

The safety of our children should be your top priority, NOT SOMETHING LIKE THIS THAT PUTS THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN AT RISK!!!! Instead of being concerned about the media or whatever it is that caused this to come to light, y'all should be concerned about parents/Horry County Residents that will be outraged by this and will no longer support the District!!! I'm totally shocked by this.. The Target Transgender policy shocked millions but for Public Schools to be considering the same policy is absolutely gut wrenching!!!!! SHAME ON YOU, HORRY COUNTY SCHOOLS!!! This gives sexual criminals easy access to commit crimes against children and women.. And to even consider it in our schools is totally crossing the line!!!! This is insane..there is no reason that this should be happening!! If the school system is going down this road, then they are opening the door to many more issues...For one, where are the rights and privacy of the non transgender individuals?? Besides the fact that these are our kids, that are under 18, that are minors, why in the world would Horry County be this stupid!!! Guess they want lawsuits galore. BTW, I have a transgender friend, and they don't even agree with this.

I trust my 2 kids to HCSD and this bathroom issue makes me sick to my stomach..... If they want a transgender bathroom then build a one stall neutral bathroom separate from the other bathrooms. HOME SCHOOLING is looking better every day!!

Please protect our children. Create a 3rd unisex bathroom in all places.

I have a 7 year old daughter in Daisy Elm in Loris. I will have no other alternative but to pull her out if they start letting boys into the restroom with her. It is in the best intrests of the children of Horry county, the parents of Horry county students, and the school district to not jump on this politically bandwagon. Im tired of people trying to tell me how i should feel, and that im a biggot for standing up for what i believe in. If someone is gay, transgender, or whatever you identify as, thats your decision, but dont force it on me or my child.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one that has concerns for our children's safety. I just found out today about the unisex bathrooms in our schools started yesterday and as soon as Monday got here I was going to start making calls to see how I could get the ball rolling. Thank you
