Stop The Horry County School Districts restroom adoption policy.

This new policy needs to be stopped!

Let's start thinking of the majority not the possibly 5 kids who are transgender. You are asking for kids to be stupid!!!

This is not biblical and should not be allowed.

Not to happy at all with hcs. This should not be allowed in our schools. They are forcing this on our kids. I have seen some where where they are saying well we are just changing it from family bathroom to Transgender. Well those two are nothing alike. So how is this right. If you are confused about what your sex is maybe you need to get some help. " mental" help. Why call it Transgender. Just go ahead and call it what it is "transsexuals bathroom. "

Make all bathrooms singles and it will fix this for all. One room one potty

Why put a child's privacy and safety at stake for the sake of a few hurt feelings? Transgenders may feel more comfortable, but non-homosexuals do not.

I do not agree with this at all, I want my kids safe and protected and it's the schools responsibility when they are there! This is absolutely rediculous! I can watch my kids when I am in store but at school I'm not allowed past the office! This is not having all the children in your best interest!

Why should this even be up for debate ? Males use the men's , Females use the ladies room. What's going to happen when a perverted group of people claim they can't have relationships with their same age group and demand you let them have your little son or daughter? It's going to open up some really bad situations if you ask me.

My issue is not with the truly transgender but those who will use it as a defense to do things they normally wouldn't. A little boy who on a dare goes into a girls bathroom, and potentially takes photos to post online, would normally get in trouble. Now unless the photos were found he could cry he is transgender. A girl who does not like how a boy treated her or rejected her can now follow him into the bathroom and run out in tears claiming he assaulted her while she was using the bathroom of her choice and he could be charged with a hate crime. While someone who is truly transgender is mostly unlikely to cause an issue the % of our population of transgender is much smaller than that of the ones who can/will take advantage of it. There is no test to prove someone is transgendered so regardless of how they look on the outside they can claim this, just like anyone else. I was looking forward to enrolling my child for kindergarten this year, I now will be homeschooling, the safety of my children is more important than the few that have to go to the nurses office to use the bathroom, sorry.

As a grandparent and great-grandparent of Horry County Schools, and a taxpayer, I oppose the District's decision to adopt this policy. Don't be bullied by threats of law suits. Do what's right for the safety and privacy of our children.

I do not want my grandson or my granddaughter to have to use the bathroom with someone pretending to be someone other than who they were born it's stupid

Ridiculous..i want to opt out of having to pay school taxes if it passes...

My girls will beat down a boy in their bathroom and I will stand behind them 100%
