As a parent and taxpayer, MY CHILDRENS COMFORT AND SAFETY MATTER TOO. My girls will NOT be in the bathroom with the opposite genitalia! PERIOD! How irresponsible and irrational can so called adults be! STOP oversexualizing our CHILDREN!!!!!!!

You have the life and trust of the students in your hands and you are breaking that trust they have in you for their safety. There will be many law suits against you. Do the right thing.

This is very disturbing! If you have a penis you use the men's restroom and if you have a vagina you use the women's restroom!! It's not that hard! There needs to be a stop to this transgender bathroom crap! If you wanna dress like a women or man, by all means do it! I don't care! But use the the restroom that goes with your private area!

So against this for soooo many reasons... mainly because any man can dress as a woman and violate little girls... if not physically, they could snap photos and God knows what else! This is just wrong on so many social reasons!

A 16 year old girl lost her life due to a fight in a high school restroom. If no one was there to save the girl from her attackers, where will everyone be when sexual assault occurs? That is when you will have to worry about a lot more than a lawsuit. Parents will do what they have to, to protect their children. I'm ashamed to say that I live in a county that would allow something like this.

To those of you trying to make this possible... You must not have younger children, or even morals because if you did you would not put your own child or ours in this predicament. We send our children to school in hopes that they will be safe and can learn. At this point neither of these things are happening. Rest assure that the parents of Horry County will not stand and agree with you. Half of you on this board call your self a Christian. Please tell me where your Christian up bringing and morals were when this was considered. It is obvious that our children's safety and dignity is not your priority!

This truly sickens me. The fact that you would put thousands of kids in danger to cover yourself from a lawsuit, baffles me. If this reaches my district, I will home school my children!
