This is way over due, its common knowledge that the overwhelming MAJORITY of people want this to be introduced , so just do it because its RIGHT!

Better late than never, my lad had to stop riding when he turned 16 for fear of fines and learners suspension, now he is 21 and wants to get a road bike but hasn't ridden for 5 yrs, a recipe for disasters
