I personally know Viviana. I have witnessed the great human being she is. She has always been a great asset in any activity she has taken part of.

Was at Burbank 17 years and now at a school with less than 400 students (200+ fewer) and there is part time support bc one secretary is not enough. There are times when two people have a difficult time managing transportation, attendance, records, payroll, phone calls, student pickups, supply requests, staff questions, data entry, completing daily work at Burbank. How would the loss of approximately 20 students justify making all of this a 1 person job?!

They are a phenomenal team and our school can’t run without both of them. I don’t know how I would function without them. Our partnership is a well-oiled machine and the result is a better school and better support for all. We need Vivi at Burbank!!!!!

Vivi is such a hard worker aside from being one of the most caring persons I will ever know. She puts such dedication to her work and deserves to continue at her job! Keep them both it’s ridiculous to think that this can be a job done by one person.

There are no words to describe the heartache that our Burbank family is feeling tonight. Vivi and Juanita are the heart of our school, always going above and beyond for our students and staff! This school year is filled with uncertainty, we depend on the consistant support and knowledge of this remarkable team, so do our students and their families! Vivi demonstrated her remarkable character today, as she volunteered to leave when given the unexpected, unbelievable, and unjustifiable decision that they had to choose between themselves! Both Vivi and Juanita show this selflessness every day on behalf of all of us! I pray this petition leads to the restoration of our Burbank Family!

Former Burbank teacher here...These positions are the heart of the school. They smooth ALL interactions with students, parents and teachers. Juanita and Vivi are invaluable when it comes to communication, high spirits, and efficiency. These positions and current personnel are essential to a well-run, welcoming building. They are what I miss most about working there.

As a former Burbank teacher I can attest firsthand that these beautiful humans are the heart and soul of Burbank. They are the smiles that great a crying child. They are the calm force when someone is having a bad day. They are the giggle when you need a good laugh. They are Burbank. I will never forget how Mrs. Sanchez bought a set of books out of her own pocket to help a difficult student earn time to read when they had a good day. That’s the kind of love and care these incredible ladies provide and is what makes Burbank wonderful!
