Juanita and Vivi are incredibly valuable to the Burbank community; with this cut you risk losing both of them. The workload imposed on the one secretary left at Burbank is not manageable and should never be expected of someone, especially someone who has given so much of their time and energy to Burbank and MPS. Do the right thing, and restore two secretary positions to Burbank.

The office is at least a two person operation, especially when the students return. The number of adex slips alone is too much for one person to handle not to mention the amount of disciplinary problems to handle.

In my experience and opinion two secretaries are needed to maintain a busy office... Perhaps there are other less necessary positions in the building that could be decreased...
