When we moved to Farmington Hills, the library was a showpiece of the community. No more under this ineffective and dictatorial Director. Time for a change.

The Farmington Library is a precious resource for this community. The staff has always been professional and extremely helpful. It is obvious that they love what they do. I have used the library for over 30 years and find it deeply disturbing that this type of conflict is occurring. We need out library and library staff!!!

Library workers are a cornerstone of the community and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. There is no reason to furlough them, and the insinuation that because others have lost their jobs workers still employed have no right to demand basic dignity is, simply put, stupid. The good people who work at both libraries have been nothing but helpful everytime I've needed assistance. The community stands with them.

I have lived and owned a business in Farmington/FH for nearly 20 years. I continue to raise two kids with the help of the Farmington Library and their wonderful staff!
Based on Bill Largent's email, he is clearly out of touch with what a wonderful asset we have in our libraries.

I appreciate all the library staff have done for the 20 years I have lived in Farmington. The words in the email were so unprofessional and more importantly undeserved,

Largent is a very poor fit. His insulting attitude towards the community he is supposed to be serving is ridiculous. He needs to go.

Our library is a community pillar & the staff provide amazing services that make our community a better place to live. The FCL was one of the specific things that I looked forward to when I moved to Farmington 5 years ago. My family has enjoyed many wonderful programs that the FCL created & ran. They’ve been nothing short of amazing! The staff deserves respect & support!
