Bill has shown himself to be a poor leader and the fate of the library being a pillar of the community depends on him being removed.

As a former FCL employee, I am disappointed and disheartened by Mr. Largent's attitude and treatment of the library and its invaluable staff.

I am a retired FCL employee. All of this discontent from the Library Board of Directors. You should be ashamed. This is a total embarrassment!

I am appalled by Mr. Largent's actions; his removal should be the first step in restoring functional leadership to our library system.

The board is failing the public with shenanigans of reducing staff. Libraries are needed more in times of economic downturn and must be properly staffed.

I've been a page here since October 2016. It's an absolutely wonderful job... But it honestly feels so lackluster now. Elyse's treatment absolutely broke my heart and is still a bitter point for me. The new Director is nice, but it feels like they're trying to run it more like a business than a service. But I'm just one of the pages... What do I know?

I grew up in the library. My mom started me at 6 months old, and up until now, I have never seen such dysfunctional and destructive leadership that Mr. Largent has displayed. Making the gem of a Community a political hot potato.

Largent does not belong on the library board. He is a micro manager & very hostile towards other.
