We come a long ways from Oklahoma city and find the operating hours most restricting.

Why change something that has been working for decades? The public is THE priority; not the hours worked by employees.

It's OUR state park. Resume the sunset closing and alternate access and let the rightful heirs of this natural wonder enjoy it's beauty.

Many other state parks allow visitors to stay through the evening. Balmoreah should be no different.

Extend hours back to full day. I have spoke to some locals and they could not stress to me how disheartening it is that they can not go swim or enjoy the park after work house because the park now closes at 6. This is ridiculous. It's a state park, and I believe it should be treated like one. I really hope this issue can be resolved peacefully, there are good people who do not get a chance to enjoy the park because of the new hours. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

So how much has the revenue at the park dropped? I can bet you it has dropped a lot. Change it back to closing at 9. Why are they closing the gate? Sounds like someone lost a few cards from their deck.
