I sunburn VERY easy. Sure I wear sunscreen all over but I still get burned during the peak hours.
Swimming in the late evening hours means a lot to me. We drive from Houston to vacation here. Please restore the later closing.

Please restore full day use and go by human capacity not parking space. It is a desert oasis and cherished by people who travel near and far to enjoy the cool spring waters and make lifelong memories.

The park needs to have later hours for summer time no one is even getting ready to leave at 6. Some would leave go get something to eat and come back that would help out a lot for the whole town

We need longer hours. Go back to the original hours 8am-9pm.... It's horrible that we drive a hour after work and to get there to find out it's closed..... I was so pissed off!!! Plus your hurting the local economy of toyaville and Balmorhea. Theses towns depend on the tourism. And to cut them short everyday, is ridiculous!!!!

I fully support the travel and tourism dollars thar this state park provides to the west Texas economy, and fully expect that Austin do everything necessary to maintain the beauty of the San Salomon springs up to and including building additional parking to allow for the most people to have access to this park.
I also expect that this park to be maintained as a full use day park and that it not be closed for the day until sunset

Please restore the original policies. This park must remain. What are you thinking by changing policies in state parks where so many people have rest and relaxation.

It's difficult to plan a trip from Alpine to the park. You don't want to make the trip only to find the pool closed. Think of the poor people that come from El Paso or San Antonio. The park's web site doesn't have info to indicate you might not be able to enter the park. Let's be friendly.

Get it back to what it used to be. Restore the lifeguards, parking, consession stand and tube rentals. Dont limit the entrance. Balmorhea is a beautiful community and this pool is the lifeline. This place is magical.

Do not change the hours, this park is amazingly beautiful and should be enjoyed by all until sunset!
