Count me in. The new heads barely get you rinsed. Spend more than two times longer in there to get clean and rinsed.

There’s not enough water flow to keep me warm in the shower.

We've got the same issue in the women's area. The shower heads spew water out all sides (sometimes even reaching up hanging items), but don't go directly down. It takes MUCH longer to shower.

Narrow shower head leaves majority of body wet, in the cool, drafty shower room, Cooled by evaporative cooling. Net result is "COLD" shower. No athlete deserves that

The stated goal of Premier Member Experience was completely ignored with this change. Cost savings and sustainability were to be balanced with enhanced member experience, not promoted at the expense of member experience.

I’d like to see the older shower heads return and find other ways to save this great club money- like cut out sunscreen and hair gel to start.

I agree with the comments made to date. This is way below any form of member satisfaction level.

Has there been a single positive response to the new shower heads? Like others, I would gladly pay an additional $3.50 per month to return to the old shower heads.

One member summed it up the best. Recent "cut backs" have resulted in no soap in the showers, no toilet paper in the stalls, and over flowing used towel bins in the locker rooms. Frustrating for members and a complete embarrassment when bringing guests.

Showers take a lot longer and use more water than previously and do so at higher temperatures.
