Please restore the funding for Tourette's Syndrome. I have two sons diagnosed with Tourette's and know firsthand how important this funding is.

The information I received from the State when I was given the diagnosis for my son was a light in the darkness of a very misunderstood condition. Please continue the funding for the sake of other Pennsylvania Parents.

Funding to help individuals with Tourette's is greatly needed.It is a horrible thing for children to live with,They need all the help they can get!!!

Not again! This is the biggest bargain the Commonwealth of PA gets in its budget every year, and it's always one that budget cutters try to drop. Doesn't Harrisburg learn anything from year to year, regardless of party in control?

As long as I have been associated with PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance, newly elected govenors find the need to cut funding for this organization. The work this organization does for families with members who have Tourette is so supportive for families by intervening in schools so the child can get the proper education. Reinstate the funding for PA-TSA so they can continue to help those with Tourette Syndrome.

As long as I have been associated with PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance, newly elected govenors find the need to cut funding for this organization. The work this organization does for families with members who have Tourette is so supportive for families by intervening in schools so the child can get the proper education. Reinstate the funding for PA-TSA so they can continue to help those with Tourette Syndrome.

My son has Tourette Syndrome. It was not diagnosed until he was about 14 years olf. Prior to that his tics were assumed to be "bad behavior" he could control. After receiving a diagnosis at Hershey Medical Center we had to go to Johns Hopkins. Since, we have received support for his teachers through the PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance. This is a problem my son will live with all of his life. It continues to impact his ability to secure "competetive employment" through OVR. Pennsylvania needs to EXPAND services, not cut and certainly not terminate them. Ann H. Witte, Ph.D.
