Support for this organization is such a tiny part of the budget, but it has such huge impact for families dealing with this disorder. Please don't remove the funding for a group that does so much helpful and good service to PA citizens.

Gov. Wolf education isn't the only important issue. People with disabilities and their families should be your concern too. This includes persons with Tourettes and their families. There is a strong stigma regarding Tourettes. Because of that and the symptoms people suffer from the disorder.

Mr. Wolf, You campaigned that you wanted to fund education. Why pick and choose which aspects of education to fund?

When I share that my child has TS, most people ask what medicines there are for it. I reply there really aren't. There are medicines used for other (also serious) conditions that as a side affect, tend to decrease tics. Unfortunately, in today's society, TS is very much an after thought or a socially acceptable punch line of many jokes. Neither are appropriate or fair. Thanks TS Alliance for fighting for these children and adults!
