Strongly support. It is indeed a strange irony when, despite "open access", I am denied full access without payment even to (key information about) articles I myself freely contributed or freely reviewed!

As a recently retired professional, I have lost institutional access to the ACM DL. I have been a member of the ACM for 30 yrs! Unrestricted access is critical for my continued technical activity. Please make it open!
