The positive change in the respect between students and staff has been remarkable. Students are also being respectful of each other and even themselves. Participation is 100% for the first time in the run, walk jog etc. Well done Phil!

My kids are not at the school anymore but I hear great things about Phil from Denman parents and kids (botht hese gropu sare not always easy to please, so this is high praise).

Phil Apter has this unique ability to inspire kids to learn. Truly amazing person and a teacher. Our son, Kaizan, under Phil's guidance has been excelling in Math and other subjects and we are thrilled to have Phil teaching in our school.

I know Phil to be very enthusiastic about learning new skills, knowledge, and processes. I have heard from parents that he shares this same excitement through his teaching in the classroom. The children at the Denman Island Community school need his dedication, enthusiasm and skills.
