Reston Parkway is a nightmare after 3:30 every afternoon. More Density! Will cars even be able to get out of the driveway?

I'm very concerned about the potential ruining of Reston by overdevelopment. I'm a 35 year Reston resident.

Reston is a nice place to live because of the way it is presently zoned. Too much congestion will destroy the realistic planning done by the pioneers very systematically keeping in view the environmental needs of its inhabitants. Please leave reston as it is for a healthy flourishing community

Enough already - Reston does not need any more high or low rise buidling. Reston Parkway is already clogged with traffic most any time of the day. It's aready too late to "Reclaim Reston", but let's not do any more damage!

When I moved to Reston in 1996 part of the attraction was that there was to be no further residential development or expansion.

We don't need to build more tall buildings to add to the population . We need more open space.

This is a poorly planned concept that will NOT improve living conditions in our community. This is completely counter to the Founders vision.

We also need more affordable , TRULY affordable, housing before building more $800,000 townhouses.

Let's not develop Reston to the point that it loses it's unique identity.

Adding any density to Reston would turn it into Tysons. I won't even go to Tysons to shop. It's horrendous. Reston is barely handling the density now. Roads are crippled at peak times. Keep our beautiful, special town the way it is and the way it was DESIGNED to be.

When I drive toward Exit 12, it seems I see a change to the skyline with the addition of yet another high rise. Enough ...

Keep the Reston dream alive and stop wanton building without community and school investment.

Development is happening all at once and Reston residents do not feel reassured by developers' promises that it will have minimal impact on life in Reston. Residents deserve better because they have already made the decision to base their lives here. Some of the behemoths in the works do not fit in at all. Hit "pause" please!

As a homeowner in Reston, my husband and I have made an substantial investment in our home and community. The density is already high here and we do not want our community and neighborhoods over developed and infrastructure negatively impacted.

No more congestion! Enough is enough.
