I am against this high density rezoning plan. This is anti-Reston lifestyle us our school and infrastructure can't effective handle the current population/density.

No increased Density--we are NOT to be a City or another Ballston- Vote for a Moratorium on any zoning amendments for Reston.

Reston it is a heaven on earth. I was absolutely charmed i've been here for my first time. Why they are going to make it as usual city?

The growth in Reston is absolutely ridiculous the streets are too crowded, there are way too many high rise apartments with rent that is unaffordable to anyone except the very rich this is not what Reston used to be and I am horrified of the thought of ever increasing housing, clogged street and schools that will be inadequate for the new residents this has got to stop

I am all for thoughtful progress build around mass transit, but we are seeing "progre$$" running amok. We need a break to assess the current situation before it becomes beyond repair.

We have lived in Reston since 1986 and this is definitely not the same environment that attracted us to the area.

I have been disappointed in the direction that Reston has been going in for the last 30 years. Since when did we start allowing cars to park on the side of roads? And I thought the original plan for the toll road promised that it would be free once it was paid for? Really? How is this different from the folks trying to charge for parking at the Reston Town Center?

County has not provided statistics to prove that we should move the cap or how far.

Transportation on sunset is a nightmare. We should have transportation included in building request. Also lights on tollroad are off and cause bottleneck into Reston. One light turns green but one in front of that red so traffic cannot move

No more approvals until developers improve the roads. Congestion is awful.

What ever happened to "by the people and for the people?" No one wants this. It's clearly "by the special interests (developers) and for the special interests", with everyone else suffering.
