No plan to update infrastructure. Traffic unacceptable today. Why would the people who pay your salary want a worse quality of life.

The 2015 Reston Master Plan should be the basis of all planning for our community. Non-PRC areas should be developed in a manner consistent with the Master Plan.

I live in Rest on and moved here because it is a planned community based on principles of which promote a healthy social community. Increases in residential/commercial density as well as the need for infrastructure maintenance/developing must be thoroughly evaluated as to potential impact on Reston's livability.

The new development is some of the most unattractive buildings ever. Are these architects trained? No More Building. Deal with what we already have. Traffic is already at a standstill.

Get real. Reston is a planned community based on environmental concerns and community involvement into what goes on for the best of the community and it's citizens. What has happened? Greed and politics. Good grief. Please stop the monster they are creating. To take such a beautiful dream and turn it into such a nightmare is disgusting.

Main roads need entrance/exit ramps with multiple lanes, our infrastructure is obsolete and does not support mass influx from rush hour, just look at Toll Rd West bound after $2.50 toll, its backed up to Herndon daily from 415pm.... When you get to Whiele it bottle necks until Herndon from influx of West bound commutters!

I have lived in Reston for over 30 years, and welcomed much of the growth to date. But roads are now often congested, schools getting crowded, and other facilities stressed. Further population density increase must be restrained until infrastructure planning/funding is well defined.

Stop the zoning change and stop new development applications until the County has a realistic plan and funding for roads, schools, parks, utilities and public safety.

I've lived in Reston for over 30 years because I love the openness, the green space, the parks, the paths, community feel, and b/c it's a great place to raise a family. The traffic has already gotten bad enough and enough green spaces have already been torn down - keep Reston as it was planned - unique, green, open, peaceful!

Put a moritorium on rezoning to increase pop/acre cap limits until they are revised downward, esp. The hi density limit of 70 up from 50. Fifty is already too high; current high rises are too ugly and nonReston.; Ruining town center. Also improving infrastructure, schools, roads and utlities need to improve to accommodate current growth.

We have to put a stop to this. Reston is a place for green space. We live in Reston becasue we want the suburbs lifestyle. If I wanted to live in the city I would move to Alexandria, Arlington and or DC. I find it funny how people can just come in and say we will do this, and that but none of them have to deal with the incoming issue of all this development. So again please think about what you are doing. Build the necessary infrastructure that is seriously need it before deciding to put up another high-rise building for high density living. The PEOPLE OF RESTON DO NOT WANT THIS!

My husband and I have lived in Reston for 39 years. In the past 10 years or so we have seen the quality of life here plummet. Increased density will certainly worsen an already poorly served community with even more traffic and overcrowded schools.

I'm tired of big business money having priority over the peoples environment, health, drug availability. Our quality of life is continually be compromised in the name of corporate money and power.
