I use Blackhawk road to access Pleasant View and it can be extremely difficult to cross Pleasant View Road due to traffic congestion. A high density apartment complex in this location will only make this existing traffic congestion much worse.

I feel strongly that the proposed density is far too high for this property. In addition, significant improvements should be made to the surrounding streets and intersections before a project like this is approved. The intersection of Pleasant View and Blackhawk is already far too busy and dangerous.

The proposed single access is off of Blackhawks Drive and due to intersection congestion that is currently heavy at rush hour, will drive a large column of traffic into our neighborhood. Also, improvements to Pleasant View Road that are needed now, will not be completed for many years.

With more than 200 proposed parking stalls and an entrance on Blackhawk Road, apartment traffic will be racing through our neighborhood during rush hour. It's a major safety issue for our kids.

This project presents huge safety issues related to traffic patterns on Blackhawk Road as well as throughout our neighborghood for our kids as traffice diverts from Blackhawk Road. I am very much opposed ot this new development.

I'm concerned that it's a safety issue. Cars will be diverted through our neighborhood which is filled with kids getting on and off school buses in the morning and afternoon.
