These building are not appropriate for the area. To big, to many cars, to many apartments and the buildings themselves are ugly and will change the entire landscape. I am against this project.

Born and raised in SH, parents still live there. And as someone that supports local Newtown businesses, I find the idea of rezoning ludicrous. Unless the plan is to create a double decker Churchhill rd., how in the world is the area going to deal with the new influx of traffic?

It is time we are responsible with our land and resources. Why build and expand when space is already empty and available.... the stupidity of politicians. Don't let a few get rich at the expense of many.... save our community....

I don't like it, there are to many people in our rural town already. This will cause more unneeded traffic for the taxpaying citizens of Newtown.

We are relying and hopefully trusting our P&Z Commission to do the right thing for Newtown and especially for the neighbors who will be most negatively affected by this massive, inappropriate, and damaging development. The fate and future of our town is in your hands.
