This area is already way too busy, rush hour is already too congested.

This project will add way too much traffic for the area. Rush hour is already too congested.

Progress is progress, but this is predatory building pure and simple. Wrong for so many reasons: aesthetics, our children's safety, our water table, our environment.

Newtown is developing every bit of open space. It is getting congested with traffic. I have lived her most of my life and I hate the over development.

This project will not only ruin the aesthetics of Newtown, it will cause more traffic congestion at Exit 10. Newtown has many commercial buildings that are not full why do we need more plus apartments.

This is a small town that is beautiful. This project will ruin that. Please don't let it happen.

I would further argue that the town has sufficient land dedicated to homes of any kind and that we no longer need residential development.

They need to stop changing the regulations to fit the developer. Once the land is gone it’s gone for good. The town needs to stop.

It's a disgrace -- plain and simple. They're letting Mike Burton get away with this (condos) on Washington Ave/34, we already have a Edona Commons on Church Hill and there is absolutely no way this road can absorb any more traffic. Enough is enough. I truly was hoping with the new administration that there was going to be some clearing out of deadwood in P&Z. I guess we'll see.

I grew up in Newtown and my mother lives across the street from this proposed development. The location cannot support this additional population let alone the fact that it would not fit with the aesthetics of the town.

That is was to congested of an area to add that kind of traffic. No need for that many rental apartments either. And, we can’t fill the shopping plazas we have now. Fill the space we have now before considering building more.

Take your money elsewhere. Newtown gains nothing, but loses in the end.
