Building a parking lot here is ludicrous. I'm nkt sure what the need for a 3 story parking lot at the Marina is besides big developers trying to push us out of a park where we spend time gathering and enjoying the summer with our friends and family. Then they propose that yonkers residents pay a lower parking fee, we'll I can park there for free now so that's a stupid argument that they are using trying to justify this. And when can we get rid of Spano? He is just selling our city to these hot shot developers and pushing life long Yonkers residents out. Why don't these developers go fix our football and baseball fields in our schools instead to give these kids something to do and stay off the streets.

NO parking garage. I look forward to kayaking on the Hudson and joining water clubs. I look forward to saving for a jet ski with my housemate and being able to ride here. This is the only community access point. Build an underground garage in a nearby area! Leave our waterfront alone. You purchased the building knowing parking would be limited and that the parks and waterfront belong to the public. Make better investment decisions moving forward!

No to privatizing the waterfront and building a parking garage. This will prove to be an eyesore, block the uninhibited views of the Hudson River and palisades, and make it a controlled environment that will be susceptible to the whims of the Goren group and any other corporation / partnership involved.

Owner of Palisade Restoration, Inc. And owner of 235/239 Palisade Avenue, Yonkers, NY. I am third generation Yonkers resident whose family has lived here since WWII. This is my neighborhood, my childhood, my park, my river. I do not consent to the procurement of the waterfront park by developers. No developer has legal rights to our public parks, and they cannot petition to take them away from us and our community. The waterfront park is invaluable to the people who live here and utilize it. It must not fall into private hands.

JFK MARINA PARK is one the most important parks in Yonkers. It is the only marina in Yonkers and it is being neglected by the city as other Westchester town along the Hudson develop theirs.
KEEP JFK MARINA FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Yonkers already has too little to offer...

This park needs to be preserved for the community and future generations. We don't need development. This is not wanted. Somethings are sacred and deserves respect. Enough with trying to be a metropolis. We are a suburban area. Leave the park alone and improve the neighborhood with programs for our children.
