I have so many fond memories of the JFK marina. Went there as a child for barbecues, fishing, swimming and crabbing. As an adult, boating and a place to look at the beautiful river and palisades. Priceless memories. Why would we destroy the most beautiful waterfront park in the Hudson Valley. There has to be a better alternative. We must cherish our parks!!!

We need our park we don’t want any businesses occupy our Parkway in any aspect we don’t have many places to take our families to enjoy the natural waterfront of the Hudson river we cannot allow a parking lot of any sort to occupy this public park space thank you very much for not Building this on our waterfront I’ll park space thank you

It would be terrible if they built a parking lot! Just like what they did at Elizabeth Seton chopped down all those beautiful trees and never even built the parking lot. Now it looks like unfinished construction zone.

Please leave our parks alone. Can we just have something for our community and children.

Corporations can afford their own garages, communities need access to parks, clean air, and clean water.

My family and I have enjoyed and hamany years of great memories spending time at the JFK Park and marina. We ask that you keep this park in the community and stop development of a garage on its land.

The overdevelopment of Yonkers and the riverfront needs to stop.

No , no , no. Tell that developer to keep looking. I live at 377 North Broadway and am annoyed by the noise coming from Trevor Park meeting, church functions on Warburton and nuisance neighbors who blast music until 2 a.m. all weekend in the warmer weather. We are victims of Canyon Effect for noise and refuse to tolerate anymore! I do not believe that this would help the Hudson River environmental issues, pollution, wildlife, etc. how dare you even entertain this idea....born and raised in this city and think it would be better in your neighborhood.
