Great to redevelop the plant but No garage in the park. Do not give up our waterfront marina to private development of any kind. Parking should be reconciled on the Plants own property or elsewhere.

This is yet another attempt to build where it is not wanted, nor does the community need it.

We need park land not an asphalt jungle.

I’m AGAINST giving into private interest over a MASSIVELY beneficial public space for me and many families to enjoy.

This park needs to stay! Apart from the recreational value , it is essential for boaters to launch. The closest ramp is in Tarrytown @ $25

Parking is a consideration that should be planned well in advance. This is a known factor. You cannot take public space that has been a staple in the community for generations for private for-profit use because of your own blunders. Your personal profit is not the communities problem to fix! You are free to develope without raping our community of treasured public space.

I disagree with the parking garage and taking our park for profit. Take our park and disgraceful also charge us a fee to now park. We should also have a say. Not just care about your pockets getting bigger. We all know it's all about the money not about what benefits us as a community. Parks where it's owned by the city it is ours the people of yonkers that pay you the politicians salaries and it is disrespectful to just do and sell to whom you please when the majority in the community thinks its a mistake and don't want it.

No parking lot!

This is 100% correct. We don't need another parking lot in our neighborhood. That would be ridiculous, particularly at the JFK Marina. To turn our park into a parking lot would be a slap in the face to our community. Its a bad idea and we refuse the premise !!

I grew up in Yonkers about 5 minutes from this location. I think this is absolutely outrageous that the one thing the people of Yonkers have free to them will be ripped away like this.
