Public access to the river is essential. The city has already given one park to residential developers (the riverwalk park where the Apex apartments now are) - don't make the same mistake again!

I really do not want a parking lot in lieu of this beautiful park. I go there regularly to enjoy the water and nature. We don’t have many green spaces like this one in downtown Yonkers. We do, however, have too many parking structures.

As a life long resident I would be severely disappointed if the JFK Marina were to be privatized. I’ve had various beautiful and fun experiences with friends here over the years and it would hurt me to now that I couldn’t now bring my son along with me to enjoy the fantastic views that our Hudson River provides to us Yonkers residents. Please don’t allow this to happen.
