Please find a different location. This will ruin the integrity of the space at marina.

We have to preserve what little public riverfront we have.

The Marina is the space where the river meets the community, not where a private developer parks cars that she doesn’t want on her own property.

Onsite parking is a code requirement that should be applied to this project!

This reminds me of the Ridge Hill secret deal.

Kennedy Marina is already an important and unique public resource. Consuming it with a parking garage for a private development (!) reduces riverfront parkland and eliminates the possibility that it can ultimately live up to its potential as one of Yonker's great public spaces.

Yonkers' residents need access to their lovely river. Enough is enough with all this building. Keep our space open in North Yonkers. Our children will never know the joys of living on the Hudson if the building is kept up.

I am with all of my neighbors. Please do not destroy our precious waterfront.

We need to protect our green spaces along our great river. A multi-story parking lot at JFK Marina is not the answer to the parking needs of the Plant. We need to explore other options.

An above-ground parking garage seems like the worse possible idea and least imaginative use of the space.

While I support the plan for the factory the garage is a terrible use of that space that is so important to the local community. There would literally be no room for anyone to come down and enjoy the river and this is essential for the community
