Absolutely ridiculous use of prime waterfront access taken away from taxpayers of Yonkers!
Ton of empty parking buildings in downtown Yonkers. Buses are also available

Parks are for people, and you can't take precious rare open waterfront parkland from Yonker's citizens. There ARE solutions for parking that preserves Trevor & the Marina. Use them, please.

Simply put, I subscribe to my neighbors who have expressed their opposition and join with the same zeal. It's been my experience that developers operate with different criteria which often conflict with what residents prefer and so especially with this proposed project to green light that structure, the cost to the citizens of Yonkers is too great than any arguments to favor the project. And hopefully those invested with the authority to green light such a project as intended will consider that these days citizens have reach a threshold for being ruled rather than represented and can take actions that represent them when those elected and appointed abuse their privilege. With respect, please do not allow this project to proceed without a plan that meets our criteria. Thank you in advance.

Giving away such an important asset such as the waterfront property at Trevor Park to a developer who will eventually use that property for further financial gains is a shortsighted decision. Do not let this happen. Respect our community and the views of its citizens.

I do not understand why my elected officials, the ones I elected to represent my community, would agree to give away our neighborhood's treasured waterfront to a developer who is giving us nothing in return except an eyesore. I ask my representatives to do the right thing and REPRESENT the views of their constituents !

The public good, for clean air and unobstructed views of Hudson River and Palisades, must be prioritized over private developer's wish for parking. Alternate proposals are reasonable, including a ferry to Power Plant from Main St. and floating barge parking.

It is the developer's responsibility to find a site for its parking garage that does not take land from residents.
