This is a precious area enjoyed by many that should remain as is. There are so many people and Yonkers, who don’t even have backyards. This is their outdoor space in this proposal will change that area drastically and unnecessarily.

Save the shoreline for public use or at minimum require the developer to create a public park with access to public and boat access.

Don't allow this to happen. The community residents voted all of you in to protect our community and property, not to sell it off to developers who are going to destroy parks by building unsightly parking lots.

Leave our parts alone please. This park holds a special place in my heart. My family and I go to the outdoors events. Leave it alone for peace sakes!

In another disgusting display of the city allowing developers to benefit over its own citizens, The Goren Group is trying to take over the JFK Marina for a parking garage? Yonkers citizens will fight this with everything we have. NO MORE.

Stabilize the bare bones of the Power Plant Building and open it to the public as an ‘addition’ to the JFK marina park space. Best thing to do IMHO. This is what is now being done with the former NYPD Tow Pound building at the Hudson River Park NYC - great public space for all to enjoy.

In this time of increased public interest in our natural resources, and outdoor spaces already funded by our taxes — it is INSENSITIVE to take this away from the people!!
