I'm a member of YPRC and store my kayaks at JFK. The park and the launching space are important aspects of quality of life for the community.

This is the people's park. Have some respect for resident community. It should serve the builder well !!!

Why has the marina has been closed for parking for a year? No work is being done on most of the marina and I was told that one bridges is still usable. Is it because many people of color were enjoying parties and barbecues there?

Please save our public parks. I urge you NOT to allow a parking garage to replace this natural oasis for so many.

Protect our ever diminishing public open space. Stop building a parking garage at the Yonkers’ marina which will cause more traffic congestion to the water front and downtown and further pollute the environment. Many families and especially our children have enjoyed many free programs and activities at this location and it is a shame to take it away from them. Open space is especially critical now more than ever when social distancing is becoming a norm while the Coroner Virus is here to stay for the unforeseen future.

There is almost no public space on the water in yonkers. Dont trade it for more cars. The public shouldnt be cheated to satisfy developers

Please keep the limited public river access and open spaces available to all.

Open spaces like the parkland at JFK Marina have been a boon to those who could not otherwise access outdoor space during the pandemic. Develop like this only serves a very few and contributes to environmental issues. Progress is important but only in balance with the environment and community needs.

Green space and water access are difficult to find in our city of concrete canyons

I would like very much to see the Glenwood Power Plant developed but not at the expense of existing marina parkland.

Please keep JFK Marina as is... please do not build on this land - we need to keep this parkland along the Hudson River!!!
