River frontage is too valuable a community asset to waste on parking garages. Put them underground or above your development!

We have no where to go in Yonkers to enjoy our awesome Hudson. Do we need to go to other towns to enjoy a day out. We need our beautiful Hudson parkland.. Not a parking lot

We need parkland not parking lots. Let the real estate investors find other solutions.

Please do not use our land to build your parking lot. Leave our green space alone.

What benefits will Yonkers get out of a parking lot build right on the waterfront? Certainly there must be alternatives that need to be explored.

It is heart breaking in a myriad of ways! I have lived in Yonkers for almost 20 years and have experienced the continued loss of direct access to the Hudson River or the ability to enjoy it's view while driving along Warburton, sitting in the Riverfront library or ordering brownies at the Greystone Bakery to name a few instances where we have lost the view. The JFK Marina used to have more green area available to the Yonkers residents before been covered in cement. How about investing in beautifying it for the Yonkers community? Please respect the natural beauty of this city and the need of it's residents to be able to enjoy it and have access to it.

Yonkers let’s must FIGHT to keep its river property for the people. We cannot give it up for parking garages. It is a precious resource. Put the garage underground or elsewhere. Do not sacrifice the Yonkers shoreline.

This used to be a really good neighborhood, now I feel we are being Sold out. I also have the Worst management Co. currently running my building. They are constantly breaking rules, and when I complain to the COY all I get is mire heat from the management Co. We still haven’t been plowed out, we were told yesterday that a plow would be coming, just another Lie

NYC is the financial commercial capital of the World and it has so many green spaces that you can barely walk 10 blocks without seeing even a small park or dedicated green space.

Building a parking garage for a private facility on public land along the shoreline is contrary to shoreline management regulations and case law, good public policy, and plain old common sense. Yonkers has precious little publicly accessible shoreline, and much of it in the downtown area is being eaten up by high-rise towers that obstruct the view for everyone except their well-off residents. A car condo along the shoreline is an abomination, even with views from the roof. The point of shoreline access is to be able to get right up to the water's edge. Let the developers build their own garage on their own property, and preserve the park and the riverfront for us citizens.

Buy the warehouse on the waterfront south of the Power Station and turn that into a garage. Take an eyesore that we already have to live with (maybe reimagine it) instead of creating a new one in either of our parks. Shame on the city because they never invested in this community park before.

Find a construction site that doesn't prejudice the residents and the irreplaceable views of a panoramic vista that doesn't need to be soiled by a multilevel structure. Built one underground where it won't interfere with any one.
