Access to urban waterfronts is a finite and precious resource for the community. Do not build this parking garage

Our community does not need parking! We need open space and a safe place for us to raise our children!! Listen to the people!!!

A tragic loss of waterfront use--takes the City of Yonkers and its waterfront-revival backwards.

Parks are for people, not cars. Please do not use park land for private use.

Although I do not currently reside in Yonkers I am a frequent visitor and I am a member of the Yonkers paddling and Rowing Club. I reside in the north Bronx.

Seems a bit of a contradiction...the Power Plant will be all about environmental and climate issues BUT they want to take away a natural riverfront environment for their own economic benefit!

We have precious few parks as it is, please don't try to do away with those we have. What would it have been like with COVID and no parks to visit?

We demand that the City respect our community by requiring all parking for the proposed Glenwood Power Plant development be placed on the project’s site - as would be required of any other development.

I am strongly opposed to any developer use of the JFK Marina. I am also supportive of redevelopment of the Glendwood Plant.

Parking lots belong underground; not on the scenic Hudson River.

Parks belong to the public; that includes light, air and open space; it does not include a looming structure for private use and profit

Do not destroy our public park ! This park belongs to the people of Yonkers who use it year round , especially during the summer months .

Being close to the water in a riverfront city is the key. Loosing this park will be regretted for generations.
