encouraging the public to seek the beauty of the hudson, an outdoors place to engage with each other and nature is critical to the well being of a community with little public access. One thing learned during Covid was the importance of public outdoor spaces to maintain and restore well being and mental health. Please don't pave over paradise and put up a parking lot!

We need to hang on to the parks we have; ones by the river are super special and there are too few of them!

Parks are more valuable to attract people than parking. Don't put parking in beautiful natural settings.

I love nature.!!! We need our park's and recreational places open to the public. It gives me a piece of mind as well as a place for serenity, fresh air, exercise, beautiful views and also friendly get togethers .

You CANNOT replace the last remaining open space to the Hudson River in Yonkers as the sign says "Parks are for people" NOT parking garages

I don't see how the developer's property doesn't easily accommodate its own garage.

Yonkers is a large growing city. Park are necessary tp community cohesiveness and vitality. They should not be revenue centers.

This park is extremely important to my family. We utilize the oark, the tennis courts and playground frequently. We oppose this plan.
