• Resolve that background casting companies use iActor as the primary source for posting union casting notices.

Whereas independent casting job listing services have been a long, costly and unstable arena for union members, and that iactor is a service provided by SAG-AFTRA for casting directors to post notices which is stable, free and user friendly, we hereby petition background casting directors to use iactor as the primary service for posting the daily casting notices.

Whereas it is necessary to fit union members to the available union jobs iactor provides this service which is free, stable and user friendly to both casting directors and members.

Whereas SAG-AFTRA has not negotiated for background casting directors to use iActor as the primary service to post union background casting notices, we the individual members are petitioning background casting directors for this relief.
