I think Todd has been way to wrapped up in his bath house ordeals and traveling to really care much about his home city. He needs to go... This is the second year in a row! Good riddens Todd.

Absolutely ridiculous that our city has been rising in all areas, with an increase of great cultural and festive events across the board. Yet we aren't even going to host a pride event this year.

The lack of planning has shown long before the event was cancelled. No promotional material, no performers scheduled, nothing. We've heard nothing at all and then 3 weeks prior we get this?

I was looking forward to attending my FIRST Pride event ever, in the wake of Orlando, in my hometown - Cle!! Now this BS? After everything we have successfully hosted this summer; an NBA finals & championship, subsequent parade, and the RNC... we can definitely host Pride! Isn't the purpose of Pride, is to have Pride, despite the social climate???

Can not believe Pride was canceled. A year after marriage equality. 2 months after Puls . The community needed Pride. We need to be strong in this day and age. How can Cle keep everyone with the RNC safe, but not Pride. WTF.

Cancelling this event is how the stressor wins. Being new to CLE, this was not the introduction I was expecting.

We have a strong police force in Cleveland and said that we will be protected. We had a date change because of the RNC and had published that the date was August 13th and we're excited about that. Now it's cancelled WHY?!. SECURITY! it was promised we'll be protected!!. WE NEED this PRIDE now.

Cancellation of this years parade is completely unjustified. You're telling me that you need to do sensativity training for an event that has happened wvery year for the past 20 years.... I call bs. Who paid you off?
