During the month of March, Austin hosts the SXSW Music Festival, which beckons musicians from the far reaches of the globe to our fair city for one week of music and mayhem. Torchy's Tacos is one of the primary reasons for the growth and success of Austin, and they are the 'Gold Standard' for tacos - featuring fresh ingredients, creative combinations and an ever-rotating 'Taco of the Month'.

The RK Taco: A classic affair made of 100% rock n' roll fed beef, spiced with stage sweat, sriracha, and avocado on a tortilla made from the skin of J Mascis. Tasty.
