Developing in this area is very poorly thought out. There aren't the schools or doctors facilities in Peasedown to support the current community and surrounding villages appropriately, regardless of new demand from these new homes. The same goes for road systems, which clearly can't cope with additional traffic trying to get into Bath. We sit in a tailback from Odd Down to Peasedown every day (just to get to the park and ride) and the idea of this being made worse is ludicrous.

How many more developments can Peasedown take? The school, dentist, doctors are full to capacity. Where will these new residents go? And as for the roads- they are already full and getting in and out of Bath is already a nightmare - adding more peolpe and vehicles will just bring the traffic to a halt. Please use common sense!

I object to this planning due to Peasedown St John not being able to cope with more housing, due to over crowded School, Doctors Surgery and Roads cannot take more traffic!

Firstly, Peasedown St. John cannot accommodate any more significant housing development without seriously compromising road safety, pressures on essential services and indeed quality of life for the local residents. Secondly, the proposed Church Road development would have massive repercussions, not only in terms of the traffic attempting to turn both right and left on to Peasedown "High St" but also the knock-on effect of the increased traffic attempting to go down Church Road (a single track road!!) en route to Carlingcott, Tunley etc. These narrow lanes can already be hazardous for pedestrians. I am fearful that, with the inevitable increase in traffic, they would become dangerous, unpleasant, and that the quality of life would be spoiled.

I am very concerned at the increasing urbanisation of this area. Peasedown needs properly planned improvements, not just more large-scale, ad-hoc developments. Any development should be based on a proper assessment of community requirements and sustainability, not just a 'need' to meet arbitrary council-wide targets.

Peasedown has provided many new homes to help the council meet its housing targets and the village has not had anything in return to help it cope with the additional homes. With 100 homes approved, this extra 55 development proposition will break the village. It cannot sustain the number of additional homes that the council is asking it to provide. This field in particular is not easy to access and will cause further strain on the surrounding lanes into lower Peasedown and camerton.

How local government can justify Greenlands Road and now another intended drain on the resources that are left, there are no places at the dental practice and the school is overloaded
