Definitely need this, it's a nightmare with those small crates. Messy and hard to carry.

It makes total since and will stop tins and bottles littering the streets when it's windy

Fed up with bottles , tins etc being blown all over when windy & the crates are not large enough to hold a lot of things & putting it in bags at the side has cats etc ripping them open to see what's in them

Yes this idea would be much better did ask about this a couple of years ago. They empty your crates into a bin so it would be easier for binmen also

Crates are unacceptable as they leak onto your clothing when carrying and the lids blow off in a slight wind

The crates that are currently used for bottles are painful to carry; place outside; and they're not big enough.

I feel this would be a much better system and as a lot of people have commented we could use the now disused green bins, with a sticker of sorts that would differentiate them from green wate bins. In time maybe use a new colour bin as and when these need replacing.

I think is a good idea a lot of other people have them but we only need the smaller bins tho. Thanks

The green boxes are useless. To small. Too light. And you get wet every time you pick it up
