Residents of Wyre: Replace Bottle Crates with Standard Wheelie Bin

Sooner the better . We are all for a cleaner community, this is the only logical solution

not only are they easy targets for rodents. but they blow away in strong winds emptying the rubbish everywhere

I lost my bin to the wind. Not replaced as sick of getting wet with holes. Wheelie bin so much more convenient. Please change

I have moved from Fylde to Wyre where wheelie bins are used for bottles and plastics. The bins are so much more practical, can be pushed as opposed to trying to lift heavy crates when full. Less likely to blow away in the wind

Fy5 2bw I am sick to death of listening to bottles etc blow down the street from the stupid crates and the seagulls having a party throwing everything out of them

This would look more tidy as at present everyone can see all your bottles and tins

The bin would be much better because with the crates, as soon as you put anything in them the wind blows it away.

I've moved house recently from Blackpool council area who have bins. Finding the small crates impractical, and useless for a family of four, with a collection once a fortnight, I am not recycling half the stuff I could be - as no room left in crate after a few days! FY6

Definitely a necessity

Pets get entangled in webbing Not big enough when collection is every 2 weeks
