Zero quality of living with regards to current noise pollution, air pollution, crime and drug taking. In an area which has no quality schooling (50 plus kids in a nursery) Doctors surgeries whereby, you have to plan your illness and no facilities for the tiny area to cope with an impossible number of people in a confined space. If new schools and doctors surgeries are incorperated into the planning applications as a sweetner and are taken into consideration then they along with the increased traffic along the bypass will become obsolete over the years and fail to be maintained.The bypass is now becoming strained in coping with the absurd amount of traffic it is carrying which, will leave it not fit for purpose. To allow the house building by the greedy builders that are constantly bombarding RCT leaves you wondering what powers the Welsh Office have when they have very recently turned this application down and at the expense that the office has to go to in investigating when they should automatically be banned for a number of years in appealing the welsh assemblies decision. We all know that the area that requires the housing via RCT and their obligation, is to the North of the Rhondda valleys!!! However, the builders are not interested in these areas that need money. Future planning and financial input in deprived areas is not a consideration (higher value in our area) they all want the highest amount of profitable gain. This is now unacceptably, damaging the quality of life and health of Llantwit Fardre and Efail Isaf residents. Everyone who knows the area is well aware it is also a flood plain, is home to a newly regenerating variance of species which had previously, been thought lost and is an ever decreasing small amount of greenery for not only local residents but visitors encouraged to walk along the bypass and cycle elderly and young alike. Why would you invest in peoples enjoyment and lives with the public foot paths along the bypass? Ponds etc, whic

This will be the third proposal in the immediate area. The affect on the infrastructure and environment will be detrimental and with the flood plane seems unfair to the new and old residents.

Very sad to be here once again. Please let us enjoy the compromised bit of countryside that we have here. There’s already enormous pressure on local doctors and roads to name a few.

I am staggered by the cynical approach taken by Llanmoor in resubmitting this application totally disregarding both local residents and the planning process. Who do they think they are? This has to be opposed at all costs.

The traffic in the area is unbearable currently which means that the infrastructure really will not be able to cope with any new developments. I believe that all this land coming up for sale is due to the end of the European government subsidies previously available to farmers. It’s funny that with these payments ending in the next couple of years land previously laid fallow in order to claim the money all of a sudden is up for sale. Call me cynical.

This has been refused once!!! We are extremely concerned with the waiting times to see doctors and the lack of new medical facilities.Traffic congestion. Infrastructure is inadequate now. LIKE BREXIT NO MEANS NO,!!!

This proposal has already been refused, nothing has changed. The land is prone to flooding and our infrastructure can't cope as it is.

As per the previous submission for planning permission the infrastructure of the area is not set up for further housing in the area. The roads and Gp surgeries are not set up for a larger population in he area. There is already significant congestion in the area. It will also spoil the local environment for both animal and human life. The community path provides a free healthy area for people to improve their fitness in an area where there are high levels of chronic illness and low income. It goes against the strategies for a healthier wales set out by the welsh assembly government
