We have enough housing around here. More houses equals more traffic, the roads are too busy as things are. Stop taking the greenery away. Enough is enough, it's time to say No.

Local traffic is too busy as it is. Already lost huge swathes of green land, we don't need to lose any more. 6000+ houses at Plasdwr is more than enough. Developers are just getting greedy.

Please don't build anymore houses along this bypass. It can't deal with the amount of traffic on it now let along another 450 cars at least. Lets keep this area green.

I am against this development for many reasons such inability of roads to cope; it’s been refused once; and we need the green fields and less pollution & noise. More people, children & pets enjoy the walk in that area than ever before and houses will put a stop to it.

There have been continual housing developments in the area since the by-pass was built, with no increase in facilities or services.

If you want to build more houses in this are build a new GP surgery first, it takes 4 weeks to get an appointment as it is!

It's on a flood plain. We don't have jobs here so people would have to commute and we don't have the infrastructure for that.

STOP STOP STOP STOP ! This is outrageous yet again another concrete jungle !! More houses!!! Less than 4 miles away 1000s of houses are being thrown up !! The roads can not cope as it is! The doctors are always full the schools are to the brim !! What the heck are they thinking !!!!! The amount of houses thrown up in this area over the last 3 years is discusting. It has ruined the green belt and wild life in this once a beautiful village !!!!
WE DO NOT WANT MORE HOUSES !!! HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO PETITION !!!!

It is extremely important to protect our green spaces. We have already had substantial developments at Station Rd and Beddau in recent years. There will be too much strain on roads and services in the local area and it is a flood plain! Please see sense.
