I think it would bring down property value, & ruin the peaceful area it is now

The school site plans have been both meticulously and tastefully developed. The plans include an emphasis on "green" design. I have visited numerous independent day schools where the integration of school grounds and neighborhood has been successful. Specifically, an aesthetically beautiful school with a sound mission can positively contribute to a community. When well thought out and executed correctly, a school like Trinity Hall is a wonderful addition to a neighborhood….and certainly preferable to a large scale residential development. I believe a large development (say 30 homes with 2-4 cars each) would increase traffic more, especially on weekends, than would a school.

I have to agree that in growing up here my entire life, this area has become very crowded. However, I know for a fact that if the school doesn't get to build, it WILL be developed with either town homes or residences. I think a well run girls school IS needed in this area. I am stating this with absolutely NO vested interest, as I am a mom of THREE BOYS. I also think the issue with noise shouldn't be a problem. The girls' sports are not like having a night time football game with a band playing and lights. I do live right behind the property and I am not concerned with a noise issue. Again, I am MORE against plots of homes or town homes being built. THAT would create more congestion on a consistent basis than sporadic school traffic such as pick up and drop off and limited sports events.

I have to say, as a 42 year residence in Monmouth County I was THRILLED to hear about Trinity.

With all due respect to your comment I could not disagree more. I find it incredibly difficult to believe anyone who lives on or around Chapel hill road would agree with the increased traffic,noise and congestion this will cause. My guess, and only a guess, is that you and your family live nowhere near the the proposed site.

Although my girls missed the opportunity to attend this wonderful school as they were too old, I have followed its progress since before its inception. The neighbors surrounding the proposed sight for the permanent location should be pleased. The land will be developed no matter what. Wouldn't it be better to have a beautiful well thought out campus than an overcrowded development with stock homes. I am sure the planning board is taking every step to comply with zoning regulations and will make this a beautiful addition to the area!!

One thing to consider is that this is a school - and with schools come weekend events including sporting events and the like. This area is a residential area and the tracks and fields are located very close to homes. I have no doubt that there will be noise pollution.

Living on chapel hill is like living out in the country. Adding a huge highschool to this street will take that all away. There will be a tremendous amount of traffic, less privacy, and the beautiful acres that is home to so much wildlife will be destroyed. We just moved to chapel hill rd because we loved how beautiful and private it feels. We would hate to have a highschool right on our road.

i disagree. This land is going to be developed either way. Its way better for our community to have a beautiful campus on half the property than some cookie cutter development over the whole thing. There's no doubt that property values go down if this happens. I support the school and all that it has to offer our community; both for the children and selfishly the value of my property.

There are multiple sites that can be repurposed for a school that will not require destroying our limited green space. Have traffic and environmental impact studies been done?

I have no problem with this school. I just think a better location could be chosen. Leave the farmlands wetlands and affected wildlife alone.

I agree, I believe we need to protect our wild life. Furthermore, we blocked the building of new strip malls due to current congestion issues.

Traffic, privacy, property values etc.. Seems to me we have an overabundance of empty buildings and property in surrounding areas that would be better suited for this project.
